Research Guide for cheap health insurance

Ronda Holt pulled together a Research Guide for Obama Care, otherwise known as the Affordable Care Act and its Marketplace. After October 1, people including part-time staff, students or their parents, and adjuncts looking for health insurance will be able to find an affordable product in the Marketplace. Cheap?
